3. Conditions for returns

5. How to make a return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Attach the provided return label to the parcel, making sure any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

6. Return shipping costs
