We ship your orders from our warehouse as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed on working days, and shipping times start once your payment has been confirmed.

Processing time

  • Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, or special campaigns), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping destinations

  • We currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

  • For other countries, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

Shipping methods and costs

  • Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, orders are shipped via Swiss Post or a reliable courier partner.

  • Standard shipping: CHF 10. or free shipping for orders above CHF 199.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery times may be extended during holidays, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasons.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Made‑to‑order items

  • Some items are made to order and may be out of stock at the time of purchase.

  • For such products, the estimated delivery time is up to 10–12 business days from the date of order confirmation, as each piece is cut and sewn specifically for you.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery timeframe once your made‑to‑order item is being produced.

Delivery and liability

  • Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a secure location or at a nearby pick‑up point, depending on their standard procedure.

  • After the carrier has delivered or deposited the parcel, liability for loss or damage usually falls to the recipient; we recommend contacting the carrier directly in such cases.

Customs and import

  • For shipments to Switzerland, all applicable customs duties and import VAT are included in the final price or charged directly by the carrier at the time of delivery, depending on the shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or additional taxes not clearly stated at checkout.

Changes and delays

  • We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods without prior notice, as long as the service quality remains equivalent.

  • If there are significant delays or disruptions (logistics issues, technical problems), we will contact you and keep you informed.

  • Accurate address details are your responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery or additional fees for reshipping.
