Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30 °C.
Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not dry in direct sunlight or near strong heat sources, as this can fade the colour and weaken the elastane.

Ironing

Use a low heat setting suitable for synthetic fabrics.
Iron on the reverse side or place a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the garment
